With Everyday Leaders and
Christine McLeod
Christine is an award-winning visionary, operator, leader and strategic advisor dedicated to the growth of "everyday leaders" among us.
Christine's passion and measurable impact show up whenever and wherever she gets involved. Whether working with emerging or seasoned leaders in schools, community or business, Christine inspires greatness in others.
"Leadership is about mindset AND skillset. Every single one of us has the potential to level up in both. My guarantee is when you choose to work with me, your level of self awareness in both those areas of potential will expand". - Christine McLeod, Chief Possibilities Officer
Over the last decade, Christine has found the most success for her clients when a commitment is made to sign up a team for a grouping of Leadership sessions, often spaced anywhere from 2 weeks to a month apart. À la carte topics aligned with strategic objectives and team culture create a robust and engaging leadership series. The benefits of a team taking the time out of their daily schedule to learn from each other and together... is simply invaluable in this day and age where everyone is always running at mock speed.
Christine has developed custom leadership programs for organizations such as the Squamish Chamber of Commerce, The Vancouver Canucks, The District of Squamish, RCMP as well as many other small local businesses. Christine understands how to create relevant, engaging and impactful content. Her 30+ years as a trainer and facilitator mean that the content is always well paced, fits with the audience and easy to follow through on. The content becomes YOUR content and YOUR way of doing things.
At 24 years old I was managing retail business operations generating over $4 million in retail sales and leading a team of 60 employees. I have won several leadership and manager of the year awards for my innovative approach and several community Leadership accolades - but mostly I have BEEN a frontline manager and I know what works and doesn't. Everything I do starts with "is this something I can work with or try out starting tomorrow- and if it's not a yes, it's not part of my training.
